This EP is the culmination of 20 years of songwriting. Reaching a certain age and having achieved a lot of personal and professional milestones along the way. With the successes come self-doubt, reflection and pride. I think self awareness is incredibly important - but people have to be careful not to let it consume them. These songs are observations about myself, but also about the world around us. It has been and continues to be a challenging world to navigate.
