Canadian rock group, Art Of Dying was formed in 2004 by lead singer Jonny Hetherington and guitarist Greg Bradley. Soon after, the duo added Chris Witoski on rhythm guitar, bassist Matt Rhode, and drummer Flavio Cirillo to complete their line-up
The self titled debut from Art Of Dying is a furious album, it’s post-grunge style giving the band free reign to put together a blistering set of tracks. There is a sense that Art Of Dying are aiming for greatness from the first track, it’s a well produced record without restraining the musical output, something that often happens in the genre. The performance here is clearly full of passion, and that just entices you more. This album is a sure fire classic of it’s genre.
