Shefound is an alternative rock band born in Vicenza, Italy, in 2019.

Their debut album, Trees With No Limbs (2020), was a journey outward. Drawing inspiration from literature, it told stories that painted vivid pictures but ultimately revealed little about the band’s inner world. Over time, they felt the need to turn inward and explore their own emotions.

This change of direction came to life with No Gravity (2023), an album that delved deeper into darker, more introspective themes. Tracks like Half Alligator and Mind Cage brought distorted guitars, heavy basslines, and raw energy to the forefront, with powerful and energetic female vocals driving the songs’ intensity. Meanwhile, pieces like Stranger and Underwater took a more delicate approach, using the cello as an evocative instrument alongside layers of synthesizers and electric textures. On these tracks, the vocals shift to a softer, more enveloping tone, creating an atmosphere of introspection and emotional resonance.

Now, as they work on their third album, set for release in 2025, Shefound is refining this balance further. Inspired by the attitude and emotional depth of bands from different sonic place like Foals, Idles, Fontaines D.C. and many other, they aim to craft music that transforms emotions into tangible experiences.
